went thru 5 so called mgrs to get 500 minutes back that never received in july & aug  2012.  all said same thing and would not admit is was the companies mistake   ripoff  never will i use this company or any company associated with this company.  i am disabled but not stupid.  these people do not care about anyone.  jwc

Yeah?Listen up, first of all you are a SAFELINK customer, which is sponsored by the United States government, which means that you are receiving a monthly allotment of minutes for FREE!!!Tracfone only provides the free cell phone and the minutes. Quit your whining crybaby!If you did not receive your minutes just ask the customer service reps nicely and dont be demanding your FREE minutes like if its something you're paying for!

Tracfone/Safelink Wireless I HAD BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A WEEK TO RETURN MY DEFECTIVE CELL PHONE TO SAFELINK/TRACFONE, AND THEY ATE MY GUTS OUT OVER IT-EVEN THOUGH TI WAS WELL WITHIN THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I FINALLY GOT A RETURN LABEL, AND THEY DON;T EVEN PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING!
