Tracfone Tracfone does not provide quick service. It took an hour after 25 hours to activate and transfer my number from one tracfone to another tracfone. And while i waited on hold for over an hour they refused to give me the prepaid minutes back. All cities All states Nationwide

 What you have discovered is what many of us have known for years. The Trac-Fone/Net-10 companies have absolutely ZERO concern for the customer! They have the WORST customer service of ANY company on the planet! If you are interested in pre-paid service, many of the majors now do this. Their ZERO concern for the customer has gone on for years and years.
