dont waste your time or money with tracfone they are only there for there paychecks, them only seem to know what is in there script they read (some response every call) get sent a defective replacement phone and they could careless just make excuses and false claims to hide behind there incompetence.

they seem to have no rules, standards or accountability there as any complaint made just gets ignored

they will also at will deactivate your phone and make lies up to cover there backsides and can careless
