 I knew it was the battery and kept telling them so. Finally I got a WOMAN who said pull out the battery and tell me if you see pink on top of the battery. It was there on mine. She said the battery is not good. I now am going to get a refurbished phone after the person who paid $100 at QVC for a faulty phone. I do not recommend this company. Malaysian people answer the phone number supplied pretending to be Americans. In other words a USED phone is what I am NOW going to get, NOT NEW. TracFone does not back it's phones

Second Phone Received in Asian They Could NOT get it to work and Blamed me!

Second phone received in Asian.  They could not get it to work, so now a third phone.  They did not keep my minutes used .  They give you a ticket number and they should be able to see what you have left.  They tried to sell me minutes and I said NO.  They are now sending me a third phone, because they could not get this phone that was in Asian to work.  It had two Icons to shut off, the other had 3.  This phone looked and acted broken.

The tihrd phone, when it comes and it does not work.  I will take a hammer to it and ship it back to them or QVC.

I lost 1.5 hours again with incompetant workers.  They get angry and raised their voice again, treating you like you are an idiot.  I have had many cell phones and this is the worst.  DO NOT BUY.

I started calling as soon as I got the phone and said something is wrong as the phone is hot to the touch.  I called QVC and they gave me TracFone 's phone number.  You do not speak to Americans.  The people they use are from Malaysia or Phillipines.  I asked to talk to someone in USA and thery said they could not do that.  It took me months of calling. I lucked out and when a woman asked me to remove the battery and asked if at the top it was pink and it was.

I started calling within the 15 days, but TracFone does not back their insufficient product.  I told the person who bought it for me it was junk and TracFone proved it.


DO NOT BUY this product.  They will not help you, as I never got any help for months, until I got a woman who was smart.  The men would say things like you do not know what you are doing, do as I say when the phone would not respond,  they raised their voices to demean you.  I work on computers and knew it was the battery wihtin a week, but NO ONE  listened.  You spend hours on the phone with illiterate people.  They do not want to help you and 15 days is not enough time to get someone that is NOT American to help you like Microsoft or Xfinity does.

TracFone Received a TracFone in June for my birthday and when turned on, it was hot. I called and was belittled by the men and no help. Miami Florida
