Tracfone Security sticker removes airtime pin # Ohio
*General Comment: Cost
Purchased 60 minute card and Security sticker removed number from airtime pin. Customer service is not free (Minutes used) and took over an hour to fix. Company sells a product and then charges more to fix it than the product is worth. I asked customer service if they could see that I used up all my minutes talking to them and they replied "yes". I asked if they are going to replace my minutes and they replied customer service is not free. I asked if this was standard company policy and they replied yes. This is the definition of a ripoff.

Its not a ripoff its called things cost money. How can you expect FREE customer support? You chose the cheapest Prepaid service. They are not making money off of the cheap handsets they sell. The cost of customer service was mins on your phone. You made a phone call. You made it with your prepaid phone so it will cost you your mins. This is what you wanted correct? You could have made your call from a landline phone. Now to address the phone card. Tracfone doesnt make the cards. It is contracted out to a printing company that they have to pay to print up the cards. So you either rubbed too hard or you tried to peel it off. Not thier fault and they did help you with your problem and got you the mins after you screwed up with the card. And dont sit there and whine about the card, we all know you messed up on the card and are just looking for someone to blame for what is your fault. Boohoo you had to use your mins to get your problem resolved. Get over it because they are not going to reward your negative behavior. The entire situation is all because of your choices and actions. Tracphone has zero resposibility for those events. You need to learn to accept that you are an adult and are resposible for the choices you make. To attempt to place the blame on others for your actions shows you have a lot of growing up to do.
