tradeking staff monitored, manupilated and rejected my trades each time I tried to sell and get my profit charlotte North Carolina

 I am complaining here against tradeking because of the irresponsible manner they conduct their business. There is no transparency and my privacy rights are being constantly violated by its workers. I could not even make one trade without being monitored. I agree with the other complainant, very often, I noticed they would deceptively reject my trades from preventing me to get a profit. For examples, after I sold my apple stocks to buy another stock, tradeking required me to wait for 3 full days before I coud use my own money and place another trade despite my money was available. Not only that, on paper, it states the investor must pay $4.95 pervtradebbut in reality that's completely untrue. In some intances, tradeking charged $76 for just one trade. I will even go further to say there is substantial evidence to prove that tradeking manipulated those trades made by a number of small investors including me. If l complained or confronted their wrongdoings, they made threat to close my account. Another big problem, their website seems to run very slow which cause investors to loose money while placing their trades.

What makes me so upset, Tradeking misused the federal trade regulations by writing its own notices online whenever they want to restrict or mislead an investor from taking advantage of a stock or making a profit. They feel they can take the law in their own hands and get away with it.

I'd like to know if there is a goverment dog watch out there where we can all file a lawsuit against tradeking to hold them responsible for their actions.
