TradeKing I have ordered same day wire to withdraw funds which were cleared and available to withdraw. & days passed - TradeKing still keeps my money 11605 N Community House Rd Third Floor Charlotte, Internet

I start using TradeKing a month ago. All went good, I switched from OptionsHouse and liked how fast the funds become available for trade and premarket orders. I traded and won some $$.

All was good until I ordered  a wire to withdraw money to my BoA account.

TRADEKING WON'T RELEASE THE FUNDS!!

For 5 days already I call and email the customer service. 

Got responses like:

 ' we have to investigate your request - the amount is too big"  ( its 100K)

" unfortunately you request was after 2 PM - we can't send you money now"

"cashier team will give you a call tomorrow"  NOBODY CALLED

or they respond with the instructions HOW TO DEPOSIT FUNDS when clearly asked for the status of the withdraw wire.

Obviously Tradeking has a problem parting with clients money.

Never had this problem with any other online broker I used.

I bet they will charge me fee for same day wire.
