I would like to warn people that the Free PS3 site from Transcendent Innovations is a scam. I have completed all the requirements and have had my account approved. However Transcendent Innovations has not shipped me my reward.

The reward was scheduled to ship over a week ago and it is still in the received status. I have attempted to contact Transcendent Innovations via the "contact us" link on their webpage. I have sent 4 emails and have received zero response.

The lack of response is a clear indicator that this site is a scam.

If Transcendent Innovations response to my emails and sends me my reward I will remove this report, until then I must consider it a scam

Beware!!!!

User jumping to inaccurate conclusions

The delayed delivery was due to Sony's discontinuance of the 80gb Playstation 3 in anticipation of a new bundle that was released in June.

Despite the back-order, the user was informed on several occasions of the reason why it had not been shipped and provided the option to take a cash reward which was possible to be sent right away if they did not wish to wait .

They chose to do so and their payment was issued on April 29th.

TraInn is not a scam. They have sent almost $4 MILLION in prizes to users, including me, and they do not simply overlook accounts as you suggest.

In regards to your personal issue of having met the requirements and your reward not being shipped you must be patient. These networks have THOUSANDS of users and probably close to 100 orders are placed per day (all of which must be ordered and shipped to your door). Not to mention when ordering a hot item like a PS3 sometimes it goes out of stock and they simply have to wait before they can order you one.

The lack of a response you refer to is likely because you didn't open a support ticket and rather sent them an email. Go to "My Account", then "Support Tickets", then "Open New Ticket". Open a ticket and express your concern, TraInn will respond in 2-4 FULL days.

My advice to you is do a little to help yourself before asking others to help you. And surely reporting them as a "scam" is not likely to make them happy to help you.
