I don't know if you sent the $1200 they asked for, but if you haven't sent it - don't send it. It is a scam. If you have sent them money, don't send any more (they will ask for more).
NEVER pay upfront in order to sell your timeshare. This is a common scam that has been around for years. Once they have the money, they disappear.
Usually the "company" will ask you to pay for all kinds of upfront fees. This is your tip off that it is a scam. It doesn't matter what the company name is as they are all made up names. Every reason they give you to send money (title work, insurance and any other fee) is a bogus reason just to get their hands on your money. Ask yourself: If they are really selling the timeshare, why can't they take the expenses out of the proceeds from the sale? There is no legitimate answer for that question that involves you paying up front to sell your timeshare.
Go ahead and file a police report, but you aren't likely to see your money again. None of the info you have from these people is real so it is difficult for the police to chase down these scammers.

The reason is that I was called by that number and no one answered.
I beleive they recognized my voice.
