This company is a total rip-off.  They are very savvy, and know all the ins and outs of how to rip you off in the end.  They ask for a deposit (just like all the other time-share rip-offs), and let you put it on a credit card so that you feel you have some control in case things go bad.  But - no matter what they say on the phone to make you think that that the agreement you sign is for selling your time share, the fine print refers to "advertising".  You are actually signing an agreement for them to ADVERTISE, not sell, your unit.  They act professional in the beginning, then become difficult to contact, then arrogant.   They know that the credit card company will back them up because you signed a "contract" with them to "advertise".  Complaints to the BBB are ineffective, because they don't respond to them.  This is another in a long line of rip-off time share sellers.
