this must be the usual rip off last may (2011) they told me they has sold my timeshare they even gave me a phone number to call they would close in 60 days and we would get the cash, our little grandson was dying of incurable childhood cancer and we made all our plans to do all the things you should not have to do with your little 8 year old grandson, this was discussed with them over the phone and they knew how desperate we were for the money, they even told me everything was ready to go. Then wham buyer has a lien so until that is sorted no go. I have e mailed, called and called and e mailed i bet you can guess the rest my llittle grandson passed away in the august and this company kept our money i have complained to the better business in florida and their web pages now update all the complaints, to any one about to do business with these sharks please read above, it is unthinkable what they have deprived us of with all the lies i am grief struck over my grandson and can not beleive what and how they ripped us off with the slimey promises how stupid we feel  ps we live in england
