TRAVRES Bait and switch Orlando Florida

I was travelling to Orlando for vaction.  During the car ride I called a name brand hotel to make reservations.  When I was connected to reservations I was transferred to a call center that was not the hotel I contacted initially.  The individual proceeded to look up hotels and rates.  I was provided with hotel accodations information and before accepting the reservation I asked what the cancellation policy was.  I was told that I had up until 6pm that same day to cancel the reservation.   I asked specifically for an ocean front room type and was told by the agent that "yes" it was ocean front.  I reiterated that it was ocean front and not ocean view.  I was told yes.  I again asked if I would be able to cancel that day and was told yes.  Finally I requested that they send me an email confirmation for the reservation.  I was told that that would be done as well.   Within the next hour I checked my email on my phone for the reservation confirmation.  When I received it, it did not contain any information other than a confirmation number.  I became suspicious and called TRAVRES to confirm what my reservation details were.  I was told that I had reserved a ocean view room.  I asked them to confirm that I had an ocean front room and not an ocean view room. They would not confirm.  I told them that I wanted to cancel the reservation now that I knew what they booked me for.  They told me there would be a cancellation charge for 1 days charges.  I tried to plead my case with them that the reservations were not what was agreed to and that I was told that the cancellation deadline was that day. They disputed that and told me that the cancellation deadline was the day before.  Frustrated that I got nowhere with this company I callled my credit card company and told them what was going on.  All of this within a one hour time frame.   I did contest the charge and they have disputed my disupute.  It has been 6 months of going back and forth with this company and the credit card company. Still no resolution satisfactory to myself.
