Tree House Marketing / TMG Interantional didn't deliver product, but charged my credit card Provo California

I ordered the Slim Patch over the phone and was told that I could try it for 30 days for $19.95 and cancel my order if I did not like or need it any further. If I did not return it then I would be charged the 199.95 for a 60 day supply. I never received the product, but have been charged for all of it. I have been calling these people since November 2002 trying to get my refund.

I was told that they had to verify w/ their shipping company, in Europe, and UPS that I did not receive the product. Well that 2 months. Then I faxed over my statements proving that I have paid for it, that was in January 2003. Since then I have been told that my refund was approved and I should be receiving it shortly. Then in May I was told that they are having problems w/ their financial institution in issuing the refund checks. That is the story that I have been receiving. I then called in September and the phone number had been disconnected.

I contacted the BBB in Provo, Utah and they helped me find this website. I have looked and the statements on this website and called a number that was listed 801-802-9023, but only a recording came on...I left a message. This is just horrible these people need to be held accountable. It just seems that there should be more that we could do than sign up on a website. There should be some sort of legal action that we should be able to take.
