Tri-State Basement Systems Ironside foundation services Took my deposit and took forever to come and fix. very unhappy.Owner is very rude Barre, Vermont

I found this company at a home show in my local area. I was contacted to have them come to my home and listened to a presentation. We gave them a deposit and and they gave us a firm date to come and fix the basement. They canceled twice and when they showed up we were less than impressed with the workers. They left our house a mess. I tried to get them to come back and fix my lawn and was met with a belligerent owner who obviously doesn't care about customer service. I was yelled at and have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. After spending thousands of dollars we found out that we are "on our own". Very disturbing since they seemed legit up until we paid them. There are other companies that now we wish we had checked out.
