Tri-State Basement Systems my basement still leaks barre Vermont

After receiving estimates from several companies to fix my leaky basement, we decided on Tri-State Basement to do the job. The main reason was the salesman had a nice computer program that seemed to describe the process clearly.
This has been so frustrating for us because the basement never stopped leaking. We had them put in a heavy duty pump and piping to stop the water. The cement did not harden back the way they told us it would. It shrunk around the edges and water weeps into the basement. The end of the basement opposite the pump has water coming in every rain storm. We spent almost $10k to have this "permanently" fixed. When we called them (several times) we were told that we needed to buy a wall "liner" because the warranty didn't cover that part of the basement. The cost? A additional $2k! We are very upset and would never recommend them to anyone! We gave up calling when their service person was blunt and rude to us! We also purchased their dehumidifier for $1800 and found the exact same one at another company for $1100. We made a quick decision and we regret it very much.We were going to finish our basement but have given up. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that they are NOT a member so filing a complaint was a waste of time.

I am glad we have this forum to hold companies accountable for their terrible practices. If this helps one person, it was worth it.
