Triad Financial Illegally withdrawing money from my account Ripoff Huntington Beach California

I went online to make a payment for my september payment. Triad turned around 3 days later and without my autorization withdrew another payment from my checking account. My account was late one payment and the next payment was coming up but not yet due. Yet they felt they could go and illegally go into my account and withdarw money.

I also receive harrassing phone calls every day, every minutes of the day. They literally call my cell phone every 15 minutes. I wrote a letter stating they are not to call my cell phone and yet they continue to do so.

This is the worst loan company I have every done business with.
