Tribute Credit Card Moved From Atlanta Now In Mo Sold Accts To India now they hang up the phone on you and tell you to contact your bank non english speaking reps St Louis Missouri

I have had the card for over two years paid off my balance in full in august used my card for a christmas gift in november then dec 22 my card was closed out no one told me i paid another payment I went to use my card on january 18th I called to find out why my card was on hold . I was told by person from india because his english was so bad I could not understand him, I was told call my bank tommorow. I did not bank with bank of deleware the card was issued from deleware I told him this he kept repeating call the bank. I called today I was told no the card is closed but I can not tell you why, I asked for the bank that had the card he said i dont know call your bank My bank did not issue the card your company did. Once again communication was real bad because he was also from india. He said the card and acct was so good never late good standing but he cant say why it was closed call the bank I asked which bank he said I dont know. He put me on hold came back and said sorry I can not give you the number. I am worried this card service has sold our socials and accts and bank information to india. I am concerned that some thing shady is about to happen and they have all our information including our banks from payments made on line. The last call I attempted I was told no info and they hung up on me. Whats going on are we sold now. tim orlando florida
