This company gave me a quote and a contract which i did not sign or use their electronic signature. They said that I had to put a $300 "fully refundable deposit" down so i did. I canceled my move and they are refusing to give me my deposit back. I have tried to contact them and they wont even return my phone calls. Do not use them they are liars thieves and not even professional enough to call a person back!!! and now i have to spend time with a lawyer to get this taken care of!!

You didn't sign their contract yet you gave them a $300 deposit?  Ummm....I will take a guess that perhaps you aren't the brightest bulb in the bunch.

Unfortunately for you in a lot of cases putting down a deposit IS considered acceptance of the contract.  So unless the contract states in writing that the deposit is fully refundable you are probably out of luck.
