This moving company is horrible!Do not believe the smooth Salesman and insincere antics oftheir employees.I believe they are all cooks!! Bottom line:I was quoted $2,350 and ended up paying $7,000 to move 135 miles! They held my belongings hostage, so that I would pay them this outrageous price.

Several pieces of my furniture were destroyed. Many were hidden in the garage, so I would not see them until after they had left. They also wrecked several other items with the tape that they insisted on using and did not need.Even though the boxes were marked as to where they should be put, there were still many put in the wrong places.Boxes showing master BR were on the back porch where the shed items should have been.I could go on and on.I had to have someone move some of the boxes in the garage, because they were stacked to the ceiling and ready to fall on my car.

This was certainly one of the worst experiences in my lifetime!I have moved several times before and never had these underhanded kinds of dealings, with all the damaged furniture and more than 3 times the estimated expense.Extra for package materials and not being responsible for press wood furniture and the list goes on and on. I could give several more examples of the horrible service these movers gave, but I am limited on space.

I feel as if they drove up and Greg (the man in charge) said, What a great and easy scam.A senior citizen, by herself, with cancer (that was pretty obvious, since I have no hair) and walks with a cane.Easy pickings, for sure!

My husband of 46 years had just passed away 2 months earlier.I had wanted to use his life insurance money to get myself situated near family and where I could get better health care.I cant even imagine what he might do; if he knew that I had been ruthlessly scammed out of half of his money that was supposed go toward taking care of me in his absence.

Dear Sandra,

First I would like to apologise to you if you feel that you have been cheated in some way. We try to conduct business in an honorable way, and we try to be upfront with every customer.

That being said, I do feel that what you wrote on this website is Very inaccuracte. We recieved an inventory list from you over the phone regarding the items that you wished to ship. We went over this inventory list twice and even e-mailed you a confirmation for everything, including your inventory list. Also in the e-mail you we told you that packing is not included.

When we arrived we saw that you had about three times more than what you told us over the phone. At this point we gave you three options:
    1. We can take only what you told us and we would not charge you extra.
    2. We can take everything and you will be charged accordingly.
    3. We can return to Las Vegas, refund you your deposit, and wish you all the best.

You decied to take everything. I am sorry about your situation, however the fact that your shipmanet ballooned into what it did incured many costs to our company. For example the team finished very late, so they had to get two hotel rooms, they all had to be paid for an extra day, the did not return to Las Vegas in time, so we had to cancell another move, etc...

I am not making excuses, I am just trying to tell you that we really did the best to accomedate you.

Regards,
Shaul Dadon
President
