What a horrific experiance with Triple 7 Movers, they lie, steal your belongings,and after you pay them they forget about you. From the time they came to my house to move my items to my destination they lied,manipulated and forced me to sign papers that I did not have time to read. I packed most of my items myself, which I thought was a good thing, according to Linda @ Triple 7, I was in contact with her every other day prior to my move. I told her that I was packing this item that item and she would say wow the movers are gonna love you they will be out of there in no time. Sounds like you know what you are doing! Do you want a job!! The movers arrived and started off by saying we can't move that, we didint pack that. We can pack this for you for $19.99 a box plus labor fees! Are you kidding me I said all of these items are already packed why would I want ot pay you to do so? They did'nt  like that.and made a call to their office. They then stated I had to quick make a discision about how I had to choose between pounds of items or cubic feet! I thought we had already discussed that. I had questioned them about the papers I had to sign and said that it would take me a while to read all the papers before I signed them and they said they didint have time to wait for me to do that.

Picture 3602 Vase @ origin perfectly fine no damage.3653 picture of same vase as 3602 completely broke into pieces at destination. Pictures 3655 and 3657 also reflects damage to vase. Picture 3603 is Vase that NEVER arrived at destination. Picture 3636 is picture of nightstand that NEVER arrived at destination.(contents in nightstand drawer, 1) 4 Legs that go to Chaise (sofa) 2) 2 Jewelry Boxes 3) portable CD player w/ear buds and cords.
Picture 3627 is Chaise-sofa at origin perfectly fine no rips tears damage. Pictures 3648, 3647,3650 reflects damaged Chaise/sofa at destination .Pictures 3658,3659,3661 reflects damage to the tops of the washer and dryer dents on the top of them.

The driver of the moving truck (Abraham) was standing on top of my washer/dryer and I asked him what are you standing on he said the washer and dryer!!!! I flipped out and said what is wrong with you that is a brand new set, why would you even do that? He said oh it is strong enough, I screamed get off my washer/dryer NOW! When the blankets were removed from the washer/dryer sure enough they both had dents on the top of them. I said to the driver look what you did, he said oh sorry ma am you can probably tap them out. Is that professional?

The driver (Abraham) never gave me my change when I paid in full cash. I gave him $1100.00, my balance was $1000.87. I believe he owes me $99.13 (I called 777 right after the un-loading of the truck) NO PHONE CALL BACK TO ME

When truck arrived at destination on Friday 7/15/2011 7:45 AM driver spoke with me to ensure it was correct address. He then said he would be right back. At 9:20 AM he arrived back at destination with 2 helpers. Only to find out they were not movers supplied by the company I hired,but 2 gentleman who told me they were from a Temp agency,and they have been there since 5:30 AM waiting outside in front of the building for the place to open so they could apply for jobs. They informed me that the driver of the moving truck yelled out to them Do you guys wanna earn 10 bucks an hour? The 2 gentleman said yes and asked how. The driver than told them help me unload this moving truck. They both said OK.The 2 gentleman told me this because I asked them if they were finished for the day or did they have any other moves for the day.The told me what I just quoted to you. Why wasn't,t I informed that the movers would NOT be professionals?

I am so disappointed with this Moving Company and there so called procedures, I hope we can settle this in a professional timely manner. I am also being harassed by the driver (Abraham) calling me several times.He is accusing me of taking items that were not mine. He might want to accuse the 2 gentleman that he doesn't even know, that helped with the move. I have also made several attempts starting on Friday July 15 2011 right after the driver left to speak with a Manager or some one that can answer questions that I have,regarding where is the items I did not receive?,the items that are broken or damaged.? And what do I do next,or who is following up with my questions.? When I call I speak with the person who answers the phone and state my concerns, she always asks for my phone # and tells me someone will call me back. They have yet not returned any of my phone calls. (which I keep a log of) I am starting to believe I am not important to them any more because they got paid in full from me. (CASH) With cash due to me $99.13. I am being very patient with all of this, But soon I will not be.

The driver told Triple 7, that I gave him that money for a tip. Why would I tip him? I have had a horrific experience with this moving company.
I have called Triple 7 several times to find out the status of my items, and know one will talk to me. They askthe same questions over and over. What is your name,phone number? Someone will call you back. They never do. I have always had to call them.
I have been very cordial with this horrific moving company. They leave me no choice but to submit a complaint. My next step will be contacting Las Vegas local news channels, and telling them of my experiance. They will air it on television and hopefully other people who are searching for a moving company will stay FAR away from this company.I will be contacting my attorney if I still haven't gotten the results I am looking for.     (Less)
