Tristar Products rip-off pasta pot deceptive company Wallingford Connecticut

I recently ordered a pasta pot off of the T.V. on 12-30-2002.I paid for it by check.My check was cashed on 1-10-2003 as of this date 2-27-03.I have not recieved my pot.After calling their number I still cannot get in contact wth them.I still have not recieved my pot.This company is a rip-off.
