TRS Home Furnishings has caused me Financial Injury. Houston Texas

Around May of 2007, I went into the TRS Home furnishings within Gallery Furniture and leased some couches. Two - Three days later - I discovered that furniture was defective and had rot at the bottom - I called TRS - no one returned call - I called TRS again and requested they pick furniture up. TRS did pick up furniture a week later.

In the past month, TRS reported me to the credit bureau - and those idiots - reported on the bureau that it was a "rental agreement." I got a copy of this bureau. An assocaite was faced with a similar issue in another state with another company. He won thousands in damages for the defamination and slander.

I wil be filing my lawsuit in the next weeks coming against TRS HOme Furnishings for the slander, defamination and financial injury they have caused me. Reason - I attempted to refinance my house and was told that because of the three profit and loss reports submitted by TRS Home Furnishings, I have to wait another year under FHA guidelines. I really want to thank TRS for doing this.

I am a paralegal by trade and two yerars of legal studies under my belt. I am considering a class action against TRS. For the attorney that will represent them - the billable hours he will make and charge TRS will be in the high one hundred thousands. I'm coming after you TRS - just have patience. The constable will be there to serve you shortly.
