TRS Home Furnishings Rent-to-Own Company processed credit card transaction without my permission San Antonio Texas

TRS Home Furnishings AKA: TRS, as I have learned, is a collection agency. I got this information from the Better Business Bureau here in San Antonio. The managers and staff continuously call and harass me if a payment is a few days to a week late. Threats are made that they will have their attorneys take your furniture away by having a constable come to your house. They make continuous calls to your references and tell the references that they are contacting you because you have not made your payments. Even if the reference requests to stop calling, they continue calling them to leave messages that the account with them is past due. They ran my credit/debit card for almost $300 and three of my checks were declined so I had to pay the bank $25 for each check. The manager told me he will not give me a copy of the transaction and if I want it I have to get a lawyer to get it. He claims the person who ran the card no longer works there. The furniture cost was a little over $2000 from Ashleys Furniture Store. Rent-to-Own for a two year contract comes out to a little over $6000. Initially I asked for a 90 day same as cash which the previous manager said was okay. The sofa and loveseat were handled as separate transactions; so all the money I was paying was being applied to both pieces of furniture. The hassles and harrassment go on and on. Is this incredible or what?
