True Logic FInancial ripoff attempted fraud and extortion Englewood Colorado

My report is virtually identical to that of the others on this web site. In early June, True Logic Financial sent me a letter claiming I owed first AT&T and subsequently them as holder in due course. I do not.

Beginning in Mid June and daily for 45 days, they telephoned each evening leaving the following message: Important financial matter, call Michelle Thomas 1-866-488-4299 Ref 4086153.

On the advice of a Huntington Beach police officer, I phoned them in late July and told them to cease and desist. The calls from Michelle ceased but now they began to phone me in the morning around 9:30am each day, identifying them as True Logic and attempting to extort money for an unspecified claim. I advised the first caller to utilize the court system if his was a legitimate claim.

Subsequently I have filed a complaint with the FTC and would love to join in a Federal Class Action as True Logic is immune from prosecution in State Law Courts for fraud and extortion except for Colorado.
