1. File a complaint at FTC website.

2. Write a detailed letter to your state's Attorney General (check your state gov's website). Fax it to his or her office.

3. Write a note to the AG of Colorado (Mr. John Suthers) explaining that you are sending him a copy of a complaint you have filed with your AG. Fax it to him at 303-866-5691.

4. Fax copies of both letters to True Logic at 720-488-4296. Do NOT include any personal information (SS#, work number, etc), or even any comments. Simply state, on a post-it note, "Your copy of complaints filed."

Be careful, as they do use caller ID spoof when they call. If you do not recognize the number, or it says "Out of Area" do not answer. But, their usual area code is 720xxxxxxx; however, they do try to appear to be a caller within your state sometimes.
