offered a $50.00 referral fee from my neighbor stating the fir 1 and 1/2 apps
would be at no cost. First application was 4/17/2010. Call Norma on 5/6/2010
after I received a bill. Took over 1/2 on the phone but she finally found it and
told me it would be taken care of. Received another bill called the office
6/11/10 and was told I have to pay for this one and then they will give me the
second one free. Called sales and talked to the "manager" and he too stated that
I have to pay the first one and they would like to earn my business. I asked him
to zero out the bill as promised and he hung up telling me "I'm not seeing the
big picture" I canceled my service but will not pay this bill. Sounds like a
scam to me.
