Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company takes advantage of people advertising low prices, then waits until you place the order to tell you that a $30 dollar shipping charge will be added to your order. Then when you go to cancel theorder they charge you 20% so that they dont have to refund you your full refund. Don't ever use this company they make there money by false advertising and taking advantage of people.

What you failed to mention in the report is that they give you the option to pay 30.00 for overnight and they also give you the option to pay 11.00 for 2 day. And i'm pretty sure that they give you the option for pay 7.00 for three day. It does not matter which one you choose because they are giving you overnight for 30.00 anyway. They shouldn't give you the option if they are charging you 30.00 for overnight anyway.

What do you expect when you buy a live animal? Free shipping?!?!?! Its a live animal!!! If you paid nothing, you would be complaining about a dead animal because it took a week for USPS to get it there on the ground!!!! My advice is for you to create some type of Space Time Travel where it would be almost free to travel between 2 places!!!! If you could I bet you wouldnt be complaining about a $30 shipping fee for a living creature!!!!!.... Unless its Spock because it wouldnt be the same without him!!!!!!
