Turtleshack.com Turtlesales.com Rude, unhelpful, condesending, lying, , Internet

Turtleshack.com is a horrible place to do business with. They will not tell you they don't actually have what you order until after you pay for it. Then they won't return emails and phone calls. They make up stories, and are completly rude! 

I was told it would be 1 to 7 days for the turtle to hatch.  5 weeks later and numerous unreturned phone calls and emails, we are yet to receive our turtle. Finally spoke to a man named Steve, who is completely rude and unprofessional,  yet again states it will be another week. We called again to cancel the order and he stated it would be 10 to 14 days for the refund. Why?? Who knows? 

I will never, ever do business with this so called company again and very much advise anyone looking at this, to be very aware of what will happen. Do not do business with turtleshack.com. They are scammers!
