 I ordered a turtle from turtleshack.com on a Thursday. Confirmed my purchase right away by email saying it woud be shipped next day. I paid extra $38 for UPS next day air.  Everything seemed fine. Got email next day saying it would not be shipped until following week Wednesday.    Called customer service to find out what was happening, and he was very rude, sarcastic, as if he was talking to an enemy. Asked him to speak nicer to me and he got even more rude.   So paid extra to make sure it was here for my son's bday gift and dont get until a week later and he is still charging me same amount.  Never do business with these people.  Horrible customer service and no mannors from the old man who answered the phone.
