 Ordered some bamboo recived 2 clumps half were dead when i recived them.Spoke with Tod (the manager) his response "you agreed to the terms and conditions " who reads that? also half the stems were dead No way no how was tod going to do anything.Thank God I used American Express will not have to pay for them but what a peice of garbage this company is as is TOD dont even think of ordering from this company and if you are crazy enough to do so I recomend tossing your money into the air and let a stranget find it you will be much more happy with that.Again Tod The Manager dont know how he got that job bet he is a waste as well as the company STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
