I ordered two trees last fall.  They sent plants that had virtually no root stock.  I went ahead and planted both trees last fall hoping that they might grow some roots during the fall and winter months.  This spring as it started to warm up, when plants normally start to leaf out, these didn't respond at all and eventually dried up.  I asked for replacements and have been denied.
