UGlu ideavillage.com selected 1 product decided to cancel order was offered $5.00 off accepted offer charged$21.96 &$21.96 S&H wayne, New Jersey

Selected 1 UNIT OF UGLU, cost $10.00, on www.getuglu.com website decided to cancel order but was offered a $5.00 discount per order. Accepted offer on 1 unit of product offered 60 foot roll of tape(what I really wanted) accepted offer given NO chance to cancel was charged $29.98 for a Deluxe UGLU PACKAGE & $21.96S&H NOT the one unit for $10.00 minus $5.00 I ordered plus $19.99 +$5.99S&H  for the TAPE COMBO PACK for a TOTAL of $72.92 for an order that should have been $43.30 or less.

I did not order a Deluxe Package!. On immedately calling I was given a song and dance routine that THEY could not access the order please call back tomorow. On receiving within an hour the ORDER Confirmation E-Mail I again called and was given the same line od BS...
 On calling back the next day 08-05-2010 I was then told so sorry! it was too late the order was already processed and shipped!!! and would be received within 7 to 10 days...
 Yet the website order scam said  normal shipping took 4 to 6 weeks and  for (YET another)  extra fee of $7.95 you could get 7 to 10 day delivery... THIS alone shows a  pattern of falsehood and scheming to defraud the public!!!!
