Ugly Duckling Aka DriveTime Ex-employee, worked with all departments, company cheated employees and the customers even more, wanting to help in any state Gilbert Arizona .....

Dear Consumer,

I would first like to apologize to all the customers I was unable to assist adequately while I was an employee at Ugly Duckling. I would like to extend my assistance to anyone and everyone that has purchased a vehicle from Ugly Duckling/ DriveTime and are currently trying to get some satisfaction. I am very skilled at negotiations since that was my position with the company and I am aware of the inner workings of this company. This offer of assistance is available to individuals, attorneys, and media or any other group I have neglected to mention.

If you are looking for assistance please let me know with a response to this add and a little idea of the problem. Please do not list all the facts in your posting, as this is a public message board.

I will continually check this message board to see who needs my assistance. I want to help you make things right and stop letting this company treat its employees and customers with no respect /dignity

DRIVETIME INSURANCE NO HEART

I am a customer of Dirvetime in Atlanta Georgia,
I have bought a car from the in 2001, And have paid my account on time everytime. Now in 2003 there was an automobile accident in the car, which I was not driving. And my insurance company refuses to pay for the car, because the person driving at the time was not listed on my insurance. Now drivetime is hounding me to death they don't care what happened they just want there money. My entire family was hospitalized due to the accident and we now have all those bills pilling high to. What can I do or is there anything I can do about Drivetime. I know I am responsible for the remaining balance on the car. But d**n, 2 years of payments at 400.00 a month and always on time. I know what is left on the account they could write off or something. I know what I have paid has well paid for the car if not more than the car. Please Advise

HEY MR C. I LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE HERE GOT RIPPED OFF BY DRIVETIME. TOO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN A FEW MONTHS LATER. THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT BUT NOW IT'S WORSE AND THEY SAY ITS MY PROBLEM.

WELL GUESS WHAT DRIVETIME, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A PROBLEM. I HOPE YOU HAVE GOOD INSURANCE!

As a Rip Off Report consumer advocate I would like you to see what inside documentation you could provide us.

We as consumer advocates like to go deep into the situation when exposing. Myself, I love to go deep when exposing dirty car dealers. I will never stop what I do when it comes to exposing the dirty car dealers of America.

Contact the EDitor if you have any insider documentation. We would love tp post it.

I know of a Phoenix Advocate that is more then willing to take the time to post what ever you can get your hands on. Drive Time/Drive Slime is a hot topic for us auto advocates.
