WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
I was completely dissatisfied with my salon services and refused to pay for the hair and makeup I had done. Jessica, the store's manager, proceeded to call the Petaluma Police Department and report me for theft. Is this a joke? I left the salon in tears feeling hideous from my makeover and you expect me to pay for it???
What ever happened to satisfaction guaranteed? All services normally want to make sure you are happy when you leave. ULTA COULD CARE LESS. Completely disgusted by the way I was treated and will never ever return to an Ulta again.

Refusing to pay AFTER the work has been done IS THEFT!! Thats like ordering a giant meal, then eating it all, then refusing to pay for it. You do not refuse to pay, you tell them thats not what you wanted and have them do it over. Then hold them accountable for the mistake. By refusing you are telling them that the product they used on you and the person who did the work in the salon that the job is done in is all useless. You need to be more careful in the future. Now a days, the customer is always wrong. It used to be the other way around. But that was back in the days when shops outnumbered the customers. Now, after years of being robbed BY the customer, businesses have gotten wise to ALL the scams the American Consumer uses. Now the customers out number any individual business to the point that they no longer have to do all those nice things that they used to. Like allowing you to walk out without paying. Now after years of abuse and theft by the consumer, businesses take a VERY hardline approach to situations like yours. YOU may think that they products used and the ppl who did the work dont deserve to get paid. BUT the LAW says differently.
Let me also say that if you are going to a salon and having a make over to feel better about yourself, dont. YOU are a beutiful flower. Dont look to an external source. Look inside and find your beauty there. If you are looking for external validation, then you are baseing your self image on what OTHERS think about you. Dont do that. Thats a loseing game that will have you crazy in a few short years.
