Ultimate Warranty Corp Won't Pay Claims Vehicle Stuck HELP Rocky River Ohio

I purchased an Ultimate Warranty for my Isuzu Trooper. 6 months ago I had to have a new transmission. My repair company got authorization from Ultimate Warranty. Four days later the are "restructering the company" and it may be months before it's paid. It's already been 6. I can't get to sales person on the phone, nor can we get through to the Warranty Co.

This is such a NIGHTMARE. There seems that there should be some legal recourse. I am paying for a vehicle (monthly loan and tags) that is locked up in a fence. If I had the money to pay for such an item I would not have bought a warranty.

I have filed all kinds of 'complaints' but they are obviously not getting anywhere.
