We signed up for this for ONE YEAR. It turned out to be unsuitable for us, so we stopped using it, even though we continued to pay because the contract said ONE YEAR.

With no warning, no notice, they auto-renewed this $160 a month charge. They require either notice by certified mail or email (supposedly - they haven't responded to my email demand to cancel) for cancellation, which is ridiculous.
