I started my contract on may 5th, never got a copy of my contract at all until recently. I get no response from them, I’ve tried contacting them about the issues but I get nothing from them. I've had 3 different trainers in the past couple of weeks due to them leaving. I was told I could freeze my account due to leaving out of town on business, but all they did was charge me in advance.

Now they added an extra $1500 to my balance that I owe and they want to charge me late fees when my payments have been made on time. I don't want anything to do with this company if they're just gonna keep trying to charge me extra for no reason. I'm dissatisfied and I wish I would of read reviews before joining. I don't know how this business is still open with so many complain.
