Ultra Body Fitness lack of customer service, they will rip you off, they will charge, charge, charge you but nmever refund Hialeah Florida

I have had nothing but problems with these people. First, they had me sign up for 12 seesions a month and told me I could get an extension if I could not finish them in 6 months. I had 16 or 17 left over when my contract expired and they refused to grant me an extension until I filed a rip off report and wrote 6 or 7 negative reviews about their company online. Then they contacted me, apologized and granted me a 90 day extension. I still have 9 seesions left that I bought and paid for.

Then some guy named George called me yesterday and told me they fired my trainer because she owned a gym and it was a conflict of interest for her to try and steal their clients. I don't know if it's against the law or not to tell people why employees get fired but it seems a violation of labor law to me at worst and at best pretty darn unprofessional. He also told me the assistant manger walked off the job because he refused to follow the rules and that the previous manager had been demoted. So in one phone call he basically humiliated 3 employees and gave away personell information. I will check with the laber department and see if this is legal.

I had a fabulous trainer. I lost 16 pounds and 3 dress sizes with her. I do not want to work with anyone else because they do not know what they are doing. The other trainers treat women like second class citizens and make them do leg lifts with barbie weights. I signed up for 6 months because I thought I was signing up with my trainer. I called Jorge at tHE corporate office and he refused to refund me the 9 sessions. iTS IN MY CONTRACT HE SAID THAT THEY CAN CHANGE MY TRAINER AT ANY TIME.

PEOPLE YOU GET WHAT YOU FOR. TAKE MY ADVICE AND SIGN UP FOR TRAINING THROUGH A LEGITIMATE TRAINING THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. GO TO LA FITNESS OR 24 HOUR FITNESS OR PLANET FITNESS BUT DO NOT PAY UBF ANY MONEY. I PAID THEM $1800 AND IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT HEADACHE AFTER HEADACHE.
