I had ordered a trial package from this company for $4.95...and what I got was many charges to my credit card $4.95(authorized)09/29 also on 09/29 another charge for $34.95(UNAUTHORIZED), then on 10/14 $69.87(UNAUTHORIZED) and again on 10/29 $69.87(UNAUTHORIZED). This company is a BIG SCAM. I read many complains and scams reports regarding these unauthorized charges.
I just called my credit card company I have block them to charge anything on my card.I will also be disputing all charges, and if my money is not refunded, I"m gonna file a police report, and I will also contact the Federal Bureau.
This scam will stop...I guarantee!! Someone will end-up in jail. Right Ms. Connie customer service representative. Mark my words.

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm MST. If you call the customer service line any of the representatives are willing and able to assist you.
We have a 30 day risk free trial period. If within this period you are not happy with your order for any reason we will always refund your money.
