I ordered this product through the internet to be charged on my credit card. I received the product that did absolutely nothing for me and cancelled right away. Canceled summer of 2005. Was never advised of an internet program.

Three months later my credit card was charged $24.00. Thankfully I kept the date, time and cancellation confirmation number and called my credit card to dispute the charge.

They have now charged my card 6 more times, in which each time I have to call my credit card company in order to have the charge disputed. They've obviously been proven fraudulant, however my credit card forces me to deal with them monthly and will not protect me from further charges.

I finally called them and was connected after holding for 1/2 hour. The woman acted as if she sympathized with my problems and told me I had to go to the website in order to cancel that program.

I went to the website and surprise had no authorization to enter although they had mailed me a password and code. I've told my credit card company I will close my account and they said they would still be able to charge me for a couple of months. How can they charge a card that no longer exists? I ask.

Been advised to contact media concerning both Ultralife and my credit card company. Have given the credit card company opportunity to see the fraud in this and waiting for response. Will NEVER order from internet again!!!!!!!
