Ultralife PM Ultralife Fitness ripoff, fraudulent billing, scam South Jordan Utah

In September of 2005 I had made the mistake of trying a weight loss product to be taken at bedtime called Ultralife PM from the Ultralife Fitness co. It was to be a "free trial membership" for 30 days and I would receive a free sample in the mail for just $6.00 shipping. I did receive the sample and before the 30 days were up wrote an e-meil asking them to cancel my acct./membership immediately. I aquired a response saying they had cancelled my account and that a shipment had already been sent to my house which they had charged to my credit card ($70.00) but they would reverse the charge if I sent back the pills. I DID receive a credit of $70.00 and returned the pills when they arrived, yet I have just noticed another charge from this company on my account in the amount of $44.90 on 10/12/05 for who knows what! I should no longer be in their system as a member or anything else...yet they continue to send me products and charge me for them. I have again e-mailed this company requesting a full refund, and wonder how many times they plan on doing this. DO NOT order from this company...it seems to be a scam and certainly a rip-off.
