Union Workers Credit Services Husband thought he was getting a charge card with a limit of 5,000 Dallas Texas

my husband sent in a check for 37.77 in which he thought he was getting a charge card with a limit of 5,000 he recieved this package on 6/22/08and it was a catalog with a membership to this company he was so mad it was to buy stuff out of the catalog . I called the number and a recording came on and one of the questions asked was if you wanted to cancel your membership press # so I did it tried to talk me out of it and wanted to send me a free 35mm camara and it said if you still want to cancel press # so I did it told me where to mail the catalog and membership back to that was all but he hasn't gotten no refund. It's just not right my husband is 65yrs old how van anyone do this.You see I have a copy of the letter he sent in with his check and it say's money back garenteed,also on the other paper I have it say's you have have questions just call this number 1-877-835-0969 but you can't talk to anyone and it has a website www.unionworkerscredit.com say's attendants available.All I want is my husband's money back he's on SS he thought he was getting some help this was just plain wrong.
