  • Union Workers Credit Union 123 Empire Central Ste 130 Dallas, Texas U.S.A.

Union Workers Credit Union I received an offer from Union Workers Credit Union. It was not the first time however, it sounded TOO good to be true. How can a company offer an individual with less than perfect credit 10,000 without doing a credit check. I tore up the offer as I believe the company was a farce. I read their BBB and they have an terrible record. Dallas Texas

Here is what the BBB had to say about Union Workers Credit Union: Randy Walls, President of the company was formerly associated with Credicorp in Dallas, TX. Credicorp has an unsatisfactory record with the Dallas BBB. Company Advertising
On June 3, 2005, the Better Business Bureau contacted the company to ask them what "union" they were affiliated with. Union Workers Credit Services responded by stating "We are not affiliated with a "union." In fact, we never represent or state that we are affiliated with any "union." Our name refers in part to the fact we provide services to union workers."

The company further states "As part of the many benefits we offer, our members automatically become part of "Privileged Card International." Part of the benefits flowing from being a member of Privilege Card
International is substantial discounts off motels, hotels and resorts throughout the United States and world, and assistance in receiving the lowest airfare, cruise prices and car rentals. All of those Membership benefits are described in detail in the Membership
fulfillment package all Union Workers' members receive and at our website."

"Respondents agree to refrain from making materially false representations in the future under any name or names, or through any corporate or other devise. Respondents agree that going forward any solicitations they mail or distribute in any form will explicitly state that the credit limit is for use only on making purchases from Respondents."
