I wish i had found this site 6 or 7 years ago its truley a crime how they took me a 19 year kid at the time for over 3500 dollars. they gave me drugs alchohol and took me to the casino at the age of 19 they fed me full of lies.an still to this day i am trying to get my credit back. please i know it was a long time ago but if there is any legal actions i could still possibly take please let me know. because i have a family now an i cant get a house or anything because of them.

I believe Mingolo and his wife are now operating a company called Executive Rising Services out of Union, New Jersey. Same old fire equipment scam.
You know the drill. Contact all of the local authorities in that area as I have.

Cheer up, you learned a hard lesson and it should be off of your credit in 10 years or so.
I am curious how an episode at a casino when you were NOT LEGALLY OF AGE TO BE DRINKING ANYWAY, hurt your credit rating.
