When asked if he was sending untrained technicians into the field to service customers his only response was to comment " Your calling me at 830 at night at home to ask me this" What an a*s any owen with a company thats worth a d**n would have taken the time to find out exactly what the problem was and resolve it, Lets bring him and his schemming company techinians down come all who have been wronged come all who have never gotin anywhere when you call the so called corperate office lets all talk to mister burch personnaly 561-395-2676 remeber *67 before the dialing the phone number blocks your caller id so it cant be seen ;-) and i highly highly recomend calling at 8 30 at night hopefully if enough of us call him he will start to resovle our problems with damages to our homes our wallets and our lives
