Please save yourself the hassle of using this company. I used them twice and now I will NEVER touch them or pay for this again. Trying to pay off your loan is not something they want and they make it extremely difficult to and have NO customer service at all. Just about everyone that works there is incompetent when it comes to dealing with people, you are locked in once you get the loan, entrapment.
The first incident I did manage to pay them off but had to argue to do it because they just want to dip their finance fee every month and do not honestly practice their service but they finally took a payment. SO I thought ok, maybe they just had a bad day. Months later when my car broke down I needed quick cash and thought what the heck maybe this time will be better. NOT!
The second loan has been a mess and I for the reasons of legalities I am not going too deep into it but have tracked every communication I have had with them as proof how difficult they are. If you email them you get no response, if you call they say to email. I have NEVER had a debt collector refuse a payment in an email OR customer care line refuse my payment on a debt. They only do it when they see fit, at their convenience and what makes them hundreds of dollars off of people.
Think long and hard about how bad you need money from them, look at all the complaints and if you hypothetically add 200.00 for each complaint, and that's low balling it, you can see their dishonest profits of taking from people.
Cash taxi does a better job and though fees are high, they are not as bad as this joke of a "service." The only thing this company does is steal from you and there is nothing you can do about it. They do not care who you are, what your going through and if you try to pay them. If anyone is suing please let me know how that goes, I will do the same. You're better off if you're in the giving mood and want to hand money out give it to someone who honestly will work with you. Not steal it from you. THEY ARE REFUSING MY PAYMENTS! I HAVE PROOF!

Only an employee would be that defensive

AUTHOR: UnitedCashLoansVictim - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 26, 2013

You say you do not work for them then why is this so important to you? Unless you actually do work there, which I believe to be true. Does life bore you that much you have to give victims a hard time? Is that fun for you?

This site is for complaints, if you had a valid rebuttal for me it would be significant in my mind, but unfortunately you do not. I know what I pay to my bills, I got scammed by this company and I think it is good that the public can speak out about it for further prevention of future victims. Nothing you have said is constructive, it's just a form of harassment and I am over giving you the attention you seek from your invalid statements.

All the proof I have is at the attorneys office and is not to be posted here especially for you. Not only is is personal, it's not any of your business. And for you to suggest I post personal sensitive information on the internet for your enjoyment is ludicrousness. Stick to the original post to where they scammed me instead of making this into a personal dig to which you know absolutely nothing about and are fully incorrect. The only proof you need is that I am being told I can not pay my bill in FULL, again its recorded. What does that have to do with me not paying or being in default anyways? It is not, period. That's significant when all your company is trying to do is keep drafting money out, but boy are they in for a surprise!

Try reading a book instead of harassing people and situations you know nothing about, it's far more productive and who knows, you might even feel better about yourself.  You're invited for the last word, you just seem like that type but I am no longer responding to your ignorance and defense attempts of a scam company that preys on people.

Have a wonderful day!

This company IS a scam.....

AUTHOR: HarleyGranny - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 26, 2013

Being one of the many victims of this company, and a recent one at that,I can verify that their contract isn't on the up and up. I am an older person, disabled and far from stupid. I needed my medication and it's not a situation you get a bank loan for and I do not and will not own a credt card. I read evrything through twice before I ever agree to an arrangement and would never knowingly agree to any kind of a loan if it wasn't to be paid off at one time,or 2 payments at the most. I would never have agreed to their monetary amount they want for giving me a $150 loan. I certainly would not have agreed to 3 payments a month for random amounts on random dates but that's what they did.

I called their customer service number and the woman was not only rude but decietful. I had tried over 30 times to access my account and when I did call them and got to speak to a human,I was livid with what she had to say and wanted to pay it off in full. Told her I could not get into my account as it said invalid password every time. She gave me the same password I had and I again said it did not work. She said to try it again as she'd see to it it would. It did not.....ever. I could not pay it off!

I finally went to my bank and stopped all future attempts from them to take money from my account, after sending them an email stating I was going to,then an email afterwards stating I had done so. No response from them since in any way.

How can one even try to defend this company after seeing how many reports against them there is and for so many years? Had I known about this site before I borrowed the money,I never would have gone to them. And by the way,in the past I have used 2 other pay day loan companies, for larger amounts, and had no trouble with them or paying them back as agreed.

I'm sorry, but in my opinion you have come off as a bit of a fool for defending this company in any way, employee or not. I am entitled to my opinion, along with my experience of being ripped off by the same company. Yes,to go to them again after they ripped you off once was a wrong choice but to add to the hundreds of other complaints against them is understandable and acceptable. This company needs to be stopped yet it seems they can not be.

share the evidence

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, February 22, 2013

"I pay ALL my bills on time"

No you don't. Someone that has a good payment history would use a low interest credit card or borrow money from a bank instead of a subprime lender.

Someone that has a good payment history would not write, "I have NEVER had a debt collector refuse a payment" because a debt collector would not have any reason to contact them.

You did not share their reason for refusing to accept your payment. Maybe you defaulted on the loan and they would not accept partial payment; or possibly your bank denied a check or ACH payment and you conveniently omitted that part of the story. Maybe you can share the evidence of their refusal to accept payment.

"United Cash Loans employee? Sounds like their service, so I can assume that?"

You can assume anything you want. If you were to read other comments on this site you would find that I work for several finance companies, auto dealers and retail stores. Last month it was a firearms dealer in San Diego; two months ago it was assumed that I was the police chief of Montgomery, Alabama.

You are missing the point!

AUTHOR: UnitedCashLoansVictim - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 21, 2013

You said:
That's correct; it's called a contract.

My thoughts back at you:
Yes and they are refusing to hold their end of the contract, silly! Hence the point of this post.

Locked out of paying and into fees, re-read it please before you come after me like you do, United Cash Loans employee? Sounds like their service, so I can assume that?

You inaccurately said:
"That's an admission that you have a habit of defaulting on your financial commitments."

No, it certainly is not an admission, lol , I pay ALL my bills on time and in full! Where do you get your conclusion to post that? Please be clear when you explain because that makes no sense. They were supposed to take payment in full AS AGREED, and they did not hold true to that. I have plenty of recordings from your company where they refused my payment. Next!

"They do not care who you are, what your going through"

You said:
That's correct; they want you to repay the loan and skip the sob stories.

I say:
First, there is no sob stories here. I have not once shed a tear nor tried to make anyone feel sorry for me as I stated, I attempted to pay the loan off, they refused that is plain and simple. I learned my lesson and they lost my business. And I am voicing my opinion to help others not get treated as such. Period. My complaint is, and always will be the same. They are refusing me to pay off the debt, using a shady practice to get more money. That is a form of fraud that should not be tolerated, and will not by me none the less.

You mentioned:
You can't sue a lender for holding you to the terms of a contract.

Here's what I have to toss back at you:
Ahhhhh, but can can sue them for NOT holding their end of the contract and refusing to take payment! Especially when there is PROOF, and I have plenty of that. It's true, call a lawyer and ask. However, by my own experience, they will want a copy of the contract so make sure your company sends the one you send to others so make sure you have that available for the lawyer. Okay?

So thanks for your non-informative rebuttal that is obviously a personal attack instead of a constructive one, I hope you enjoy working for this company. I have a right to post poor business practices and voice my opinion, as you have the right to defend a useless, immoral poor crappy business such as United Cash Loans, just surf the net you will see many ex customers, of this so called service, agree. I am not in default at all, I always pay bills on time. Mortgage, cell phone, oh yeah I did pay my internet bill to cause I am here, let's not forget lights need that to power the computer (eh?), cable bill, and other bills I have....never been shut off to date, car has never been in repossession, credit cards never over due etc etc etc. So make sure when you throw accusations around you have facts, not uninformed opinions.
My case I stated here is objective based on evidence, experience, facts and files. Yours is subjective and you must have pulled yours out of your derriere, as that is the best you can do. I forgive you though, you clearly do not understand. That might be valid to you to react that way, but to logic, it is fallacious. Now, I hope you have the facts now and you are understanding instead of twisting words around to suit your own issues, if not it is ok to. I do not owe you an explanation for this but I had a moment and figured you needed the attention. Have a great day!
