My loan amt is $300. They told me to fax in writing if i want to pay my loan in full the total principal balance plus the renewal charge. I faxed it to them 2x. When I called them they said they never received it. They took $90 every 2 weeks in my acct. & after that pay down amt of $50 & the renewal amt every two weeks. The total amt.they took from my acct. is $735. Now they said that I still owe them 195.00 They said that I owe another $150 w/c i never authorize or applied. I called my bank to make a stop payment after talking to UnitedCash Loans. United Cash loans said that if I make a stop payment, they will report me to credit agency. What a rip-off! It's not enough that they took more than half of what I owe, they will alsi ruin your credit. How can they get away with this.
