United Cash Loans Ripped me off, threatened to take me to court New York new york

April 3, 2009, received a phone call at work from a Diane Stacy telling me my case #, said I owed $175.00 and do i have a Lawyer, and I needed to call them back by 7PM tonite with a payment from a Visa, debit, credit card. I told them I had no money. A week ago, I told this nice person who called me at work, that I will eventually have the money and i should call her when I did. She was pleasant. This one today was not. I had to close my account because they were taking money left and right. My bank person had called them and wanted to find out what they were doing. They said the $50.00 here, and the $60.00 here were surcharges. My banker told me to forget them. I had gotten a $200 loan and already paid into over $700.00. Now they kept constantly calling me and told them I had no money. Today's call topped them all. I see now, its a ripoff scam and there have been alot of complaints. Well, they can arrest me, They wil not get paid now. Eventually, maybe.
