United Collection Bureau - UCB No paid in full debt certification (receipt) Toledo Ohio

This UCB people (Spanish speaking)..were threating me for few month. They called my parents, telling them there were going to send me to court.
They didnt accept any of my suggestions to pay the debt.. they just said.. you have to pay $xxx and the rest in 2 more payments. For the fisrt payment a friend gave me the money.. I used his check account to pay them. They told me the next to payments were going to be debit from this account.

I explain to them, that.. that wasnt my account, so I do not authorize them to do such thing. The say they dont care. That I should give the money to that person because they were going to debit that amount from there.
They keep calling me until I paid it in full.

The told me that one I paid it, they were going to send me a receipt/certification that I pay that amount to them.. That was on January 2006...and we are on May and I still havent that receipt/certification..

I called almost everyweek and they tell me that the post office returned the letter. I gave them another address...my home address and still no receive nothing.

I called the bank I have to pay...and asked if they already receive the payment. They told me that they hasnt... That even they do not know what I was talking about.... That I should called UCB to see who contacted them. I called again and ask them who told them to contact me, and they told me that was Worldwide Asset Purchasing. I made a research and found that this company is one of the top ten in fraud....

So, Seeing that is so much time I'm waiting for this to be solved (since January)I dont know what I should do now..
