United Financial Ripped of my money!!! Margate, Florida

My story is the same as everyone else's. Is this legal?? Cant a lawsuit be started?? I would join. I am maybe the lucky one because I only sent  $180 a month direct withdrawal form my account. The money was there EVERY month and they took it with no delay. If for some reason I could get thru over time it was said by united financial reps that I was not to worry if payments were late and that it was part of the agreement with other creditors that it would resolve itself. A month ago  I received calls form United financial(during the day when I was working) that some of my creditors were paid off and that I had refund checks that they had for me and where would I like them sent? I have called and called and can never get through. Then about a week after that I was getting calls from my creditors saying I hadn't made a payment. What???? Where is my money. I talked to my bank and canceled my bank account of ten years. They missed 3 payments on all 3 cards. My credit is SHOT.I guess I will call my creditors myself and make payment arrangements. It will be interesting to see if United Financial has the nerve to call and ask where the money is. This is total fraud!! They are basically stealing everyone's money. I have another friend this is happening to as well. Same thing for her. I have been told that Chase cards are very unforgiving. Great.
